General Information

*Dice Rolls- Being an RPG, Phantasy Star Online uses what is called "Dice Rolls" to determine exact attack strength, defense prowess and the like. The stats ATP through EVP are effected by these variation effects.

Potential- a stat potential is the rate and characteristic for which a stat raises. This means at any given level the HUcast will have higher health points than any other class at the same level
Stat Reports

Base Stats- Your base stats are the stats quoted in parentheses. This is what counts for what kinds of weapons and such may be equipped. Certain items, like mags, materials, and units, enhance these stats.

Practical Stats- These are the stats quote outside of the parentheses, and these are what counts on the battlefield. Armor and weapons upgrade these stats.
Super Stats

HP- an abbreviation of Health Points or Hit Points, this is the amount of damage you can take. This increases by leveling up or using HP material. When this reaches 0, you fall to the ground and loose all money (meseta) on your character.

TP- an abbreviation of Technique Points, this is the amount that you have to spend on Techniques. When this reaches 0 (or somewhere close to it) no more techniques may be cast. This may be increased by increasing one's MST, or use the appropriate Unit.
General Stats

ATP- an abbreviation for Attack Power or Attack Points, this is the basic strength for which you hit. To increase attack you may level up (may or may not work depending on you character's growth pattern), use a Power Material, Equip a weapon, Equip/Level up a mag, or equipping an appropriate Unit. ATP is not the damage you deal in battle, for other things come into play, like the defense of your opponent.

DFP- an abbreviation for Defense Power or Defense Points, this affects how much damage is taken off of an enemy's attack. To increase your defense, you may level up (may or may not work depending on you character's growth pattern), use a Defense Material, Equip armor/frame or shield/barrier, Equip/Level up a mag, or equipping an appropriate Unit. Defense does not define solely how much damage is taken off of an attack, but it does work on every single type of damage received.

MST- an abbreviation for Mental Strength, MST decides how much damage may be done through Techniques and also how much TP one has. It should be noted that two characters with the same MST and the same level technique will not do the same amount, for each class has a particular kind of Technique they like best. Androids permanently have 0 MST and in turn 0 TP. To increase MST, one should level up (may or may not work depending on you character's growth pattern), use a Mind Material, Equip a Wand style weapon, Equip/Level up a mag, or equip an appropriate Unit.

ATA- an abbreviation for Attack Accuracy, this decides how often your attacks hit. This is non-applicable to Techniques and Photon Blasts, but is applied when using a Normal, Heavy, or Special attack. To increase ATA, one should level up (may or may not work depending on you character's growth pattern), use an Accuracy Material, Equip a weapon, Equip/Level up a mag, or equip an appropriate Unit.

EVP- an abbreviation for Evasion Power or Evasion Points, EVP decides how well one evades attacks in battle. When one evades, their shield or barrier protrudes from their left arm and blocks the attack. However, one may also block without equipping a barrier or shield. To increase EVP, one should level up (may or may not work depending on you character's growth pattern), use an Evade Material, Equip a frame/armor or barrier/shield, Equip/Level up a mag, or equip an appropriate Unit.

LCK- an abbreviation for Luck, this stat has to do with everything. The higher this becomes (max of 100 for any class) the more the aforementioned dice rolls will land in your favor. In order to increase this, use a Luck material or equip certain Legendary Weapons and Armor. This stat does not increase upon a level up to my knowledge.
